I'm really thinking the futanari to shemale tag distinction isn't working. People keep tagging every dickgirl as "futanari" even if she has big obvious balls and no pussy.

The benefit of these first person perspective CG sets, is that we avoid the author/reader self-insert character type, and the stories don't beat around the bush that it's supposed to be "you" on the receiving end.

@Shades of Blue Read the Genderbender tag. Female to futanari does not qualify for Genderbender.

Also, futa w/ balls is way more common than shemale in my experience, at least for moderately recent hentai. Some sites (ie. Gelbooru) default to futanari if it's ambiguous if there's a pussy or not, so for many it makes sense to tag futa first. I'm not even sure what you're supposed to do here, if it's not obvious...
