Just to clear up what seems to be a common misconception, this game has multiple pathways that depend on your decisions. Having your wife sleep with someone else is entirely your choice, as is -for the most part- who you have sex with. If you don't want to take the NTR route or wind up doing a whole lot of submissive sex as Rowan, you don't have to at all. At least for me, I've never had either issue on the two playthoughs I've done so far. The only real issue is avoiding making the wrong choices that'll end with you in a position you didn't want, but that's true for most games.
