Best HSG doujin so far, IMO. But there are a few translation mistakes, which I will now point out:

Page3: should be "Huh!?" instead of "There!?"
Page 10: should be "W-Wait, that's... Or more like, how can you even tell something like that...?" instead of "You don't have to say anything. I understand." This is not Hidaka's line.
Page 10: should be "Woman's intuition." instead of "It's a handjob." This is Hidaka's answer to the question above, and a reference to the previous doujin, where the guy makes her into a woman.
Page 12: should be "You can't cum yet." instead of "This is not enough."
Page 12: should be "Hidaka! Stop it..." instead of "Hidaka! Aaah..."

I was going to translate this, but since you beat me to it, FIX IT NAO!

Being under the weather, general insomnia and yucky contributed to some basic mistakes. And I got a bit lazy with a few lines.

They're fixed now. Thanks for pointing out my mistakes!

And Hidaka refuses to admit defeat to her rival, managing to win Round 2... Too bad Haruo's in no shape for the deciding Round 3.
