I should make a note now that this is not all the possible variations in the game, just a couple snapshots of the album recollection scenes. If you've ever played Teaching Feeling, the game is somewhat similar in the H-Scene controls, which leads to dozens of slight variations in positions, clothing, hairstyle, and a controllable H-scene that you can set your own pace at. Obviously, I was too lazy to screenshot everything. I haven't played TF in a while, but 1room has most of the recollection scenes as playable H-Scene positions after the initial viewing.

The game also has headpats. This is a healing game with headpats. This game is beautiful.

An overworked salaryman takes in a runaway girl, who offers "healing" in exchange for letting her stay for a week in his house.
That also includes cooking him dinner and breakfast, having simple conversations, having (protected) sex and most importantly, headpats.

You can't underestimate the healing power of having someone send you off in the morning with a "have a nice day" or coming home to hear someone say "welcome back".
This might even hit a bit too close to home for some lonely people.

To add to the story synopsis, during the week stay, if you chat with her enough you find out that both her parents died in a traffic accident, and that her relatives have custody. Said relatives had a bad relationship with her late parents when they were still alive, so she gets treated badly which ends up with her running away from home. After hearing the full story you get an option to believe her story. When the week ends, she says her goodbyes and leaves. If you choose to go to the station to look for her, she comes back home with you.

After that, the gameplay is about lewding her and headpats, and if you progress enough to finally go on a date and officially start dating, you get to have unrestricted unprotected sex as well unlocking more positions as well as more events.
