This has to be one of the saddest hentai I've read in recent times.

Ending may look vague, but I get the horrible feeling that Chisa won't survive till adulthood, surgeries or not. Dialogues at the end point that way as well.

It's pretty amazing how a short hentai oneshot can have more emotion and be more poignant than some big name movie, Necroman has good taste.
