The characters look awfully familiar...
Although seems like they were struck with the ugly stick a few times when this artist decided to take them for a spin.

Seriously, the figures are fine, but the faces make them all look *heavily* inbred. Like, inbred to the point where their jaws no longer close correctly.
It is possible to make a wrong stylistic choice, and this is what that looks like.

I'd imagine fan work as mentioned Amy's not been able to affect anyone else before and up till this her sisters tranfsormations have had moderate sized breasts for her age so I can't see the sudden huge breasts and backside as being part of the canon storyline particularly with the sexualized uniform as Amy's a young girl. Speaking of which this doesn't tie up with the last posted bit unless I've missed some.
