Is it another country's dub thing? I've never seen Chi-Chi being called Milk before. Translating names now?

1) Usually she's called Chi-Chi (チチ), which comes from the Japanese 乳 ("chichi"), which is a bit more uncommon word for "milk". And breasts, funnily enough. Sure, "chichi" could be other things too, but as pretty much all names are puns on food, it should be that. Some people in the other gallery were confused because usually milk is gyūnyū (牛乳) which has the 乳 kanji as the second part, but surprisingly there are synonyms in other languages too. "Nyū" is the Japanese reading of the kanji and "chichi" is the Chinese reading, but it's the same meaning.
2) According to Deviantart, locofuria is from Peru, where they speak Spanish. According to Spanish Wikipedia she's called Chi-Chi in Spain, but "Milk" in Latin America.

Mystery solved. I think I must be pretty bored.

Chi-Chi got renamed to Milk in the Latin American dub because in Mexico (where the dub was done), Chi-Chi or chichi is a slang for breast.
