@jimmy118 It's a Taro Yoko game. And to clarify; it's a pretty dark, messed up story where lots of people die in tragic ways.

For example, in Drakengard 1, we had a mute, mass-murdering psychopath who tore through enemy troops with his dragon ally out of a combination of revenge, hate, and sheer bloodlust. _And that's the main character!_ We had the bad guys inflict genocide, use child soldiers, and generally try to destroy the world.

Taro Yoko's stuff ranges between grimdark and just dark, but in a bittersweet way.
