The onething i can tell from his site is he gettign props and models from www.renderosity.com. He might be using Poser to render out soem models that have just their muscles displayed. You could technically do thesame thing with Blender if you wanted.

From looking at the window skins in the pics, it looks like the references are screenshots made while using Daz3d, which is free and compatible with Poser content. I've seen the muscle maps for those specific figures (Michael 4 and Victoria 4) on many of my hunting and gathering nights around the tubes, nothing good ol' google sensei can't find for you.
