No, the boy does not call himself a girl in the end. That's blatantly false. The closest it comes is him talking about being forced to crossdress in the color epilogue page.
Even if you weren't wrong about that, there's the fact that E-H operates on a 5% presence rule. One page out of 42 does not cut it.

its because by the end they start calling themselves a girl. Tags should be covering the whole range, not some super specific part that isn't the whole of the story. Its a becoming of gender story; for lack of a better phrase.
