Definitely not the best Yanagawa Rio. It's even rather a poor one by YR's standards:

1. No real panty play/pantyjob, and most importantly: no panty fuck/panty insertion for which is what YR was one of the very finest mangaka alongside Shinama and Nakata Modem
2. No shotacon

Also, although this is not a new work, the new ones tends to be plagued by the same problems. I'm afraid YR has lost his/her "feu sacré" lately...
