this could be a story of a MC who is terrible at putting his neck out for other (cus those people exist and its easy to say he scum when your on you phone or at a computer) and with each subsequent loop he gets more bold and creative solving the situation time and time again but as a result the consequence for failure is far more hash as he processed ( for example he stops the girl from being raped and fends the other guy off but as is true NTR fashion the dude is really influential in some way and gets a bunch of his goons to jump the two so they can hold the MC down and gangbang the girl) this will lead the MC to mature as a person and in the end after the time-loops stop or rather he stops dying MC gets into a relationship with the girl only to find her sleeping with someone else later for *insert dumb reason her* and is new developed maturity (and desensitization at this) leads him to just leave/kick her out so he can live his life.

but as is proven time and time again this is not what the audience wants as this is porn story and stories dont need happy ending so with porn we get the equivalent of a girl marrying her dad who raped her for years simply because "his dick feel good" which can describe probably around 20% of NTR maybe a little less but you get the idea
