MHXX was tired from a long day of grinding EXP materials. That EXP was used by Summer BB who was grailed (i.e. her level cap was increased using a VERY rare item, typically only used for 1. gameplay or 2. love). This angers MHXX since BB is a romantic rival, and she spent an entire day working her ass off basically just to give her romantic rival a present (that she can only receive because her Master clearly loves her more than MHXX).

There's also a deeper meta-joke in that Summer BB actually is a Foreigner after all, and probably something about how she was the SSR in the same gacha that MHXX was SR. It's gacha game jokes all around, basically.
