Not quite. While most of them are re-used from their original games, this still have quite some new scenes unavailable in their original respective titles. I only managed to find new scenes for Eushully's and Makai Tenshi Jibril's from this gallery. You can find most of the new scenes near the end of the gallery.

It had an open beta for a day before crashing (?), now they re-open the pre-reg instead. This gallery must be taken from open beta initial data (though I believe this will be what we got when the game is launched for good later).

Just don't put too much expectation on this kind of mixed series game. Usually they just trying to milk your wallet with old games. But it's also a good place where you can find samples of old series, if you found something you really like, you can go check the original game and get the full CG.
