This comic was definitely on the website already, though I don't remember who the uploader was. I distinctly remember mentioning in the comments that the MtF character probably wasn't really a cisgender dude to begin with, since they're were not only okay with the changes but actually wanted it to happen.

I don't remember exactly when I saw this comic, but it was definitely here. It might have been only on Sad Panda, though? It's been a good while, so I don't remember for sure.
