The ending is great. You can think in 2 ways:

The first one is basically explained over here:

The second one is based on the hair length of Miyuki in last 3 pages.

Yoshino finally understands she will never win against Miyuki.

The second from the last page means finally they can face each other. But it doesn't mean they can roll back. It merely means both of them give up their hopes and start to live with broken circumstances. Do they have final sex? God knows..... Based on a few pages ago, it seems they have final sex on the same day with totally broken heart.

You can see the hair getting much longer and short sleeve of Miyuki on upper part of page. It looks like a different day after their last meeting. I can interpret as Miyuki finally gets the one who picks up her as left behind. On the other side, based on hair style and the same clothes like episode 1, it looks like Yoshino with longer hair like Miyuki (where is baby? who care? maybe hidden by their body?).

These 2 women can't get their love. They can merely try their best to please men who choose / pick up them like these 2 women are left behind.

BTW, many students were expelled due to the sex party. Most of them lost their love, hope, diploma, designated future. All of them are losers.

You know what, I think this story could have benefited more from filling the gaps in that timeskip instead of an epilogue. With flashback scenes we would see, through the machinations of the yandere, how the childhood friend and the mc's sister have turned into sluts and how the mc learned what's going on and his reaction to all that but nope, all we get is a lousy epilogue that feels like an afterthought in order to give some justice to the mc and in return some satisfaction to the reader but it all feels disjointed and half-assed as it is. Still a better love story than Twilight though, heh...
