Just wow! I`m amazed how many Putin jokes/memes the author managed to squeeze into this one, he really did his homework! I wouldn't have thought these references would make much sense to most people outside Russia.
For example, the shoving an abyssal into a toilet is a clear reference to Putins old and famous "we will waste them in the outhouse" quote.
