it's part of the manga's story

The premise of the manga, the "Tachiai" the title is referring to, is that the suffering guy (Nao) is being asked by his friends, the guy (Keichirou, maybe) and the girl (Miyu) to be a witness, a "Tachiai-nin", (literally "observing person") to their sex. This is a tradition to ensure the sex is successful.

And like any good tradition, it has multiple parts:
1. the "Declaration", where the woman say out loud to the witness that she's about to cum;
2. the "Blessing", the response to the Declaration, where the witness claps as the woman cums, kinda like hyping it up; and
3. the "Sex Drug", where the woman pees in front of the witness, and if the colour of the pee is 'girlish pink', then that's an objective proof of her actually achieving pleasure during the intercourse.
In the end, Nao has to admit to himself that Miyu got fucked real good, and that this is a "continuing hell of his own making", to paraphrase his words.

So really it's all very proper, very traditional, Keichirou is a Good Japanese Boy Fulfilling His Duties of Satisfying His Woman Before the Eyes of An Authority. Where's the "good traditional couple" tag?
