Easy way to extend this story, boyfriend wakes up with memory loss and remembers certain things but forgets most of everything else. He remembers his name, his Dad's face but nothing about the girl.

Things continue, he notices MH and Father's escapades, he warns father about how this could cause problems if anyone else finds out, but gives his blessing anyway. Over time, more of his memory comes back. Until while he spies them going at it one last time, all the puzzle pieces of his memory finally fit together. Annnnd shenanigans ensue OR end the manga as he remembers everything.
