@BilboBalob Ah, no wonder. Now it all makes sense. You probably took a look at what I've done on e-hentai while almost all of what I've done is relegated to sad panda.
I was wondering why someone would snipe me when I declared I was working on it so early this time.
Edit: Typically try to check comments on the raws to see if someone else is working on it, or to declare it yourself there to prevent overlapping work.

I am japanese and everytime I see this kind of TSF doujin being translated, I feel bad for english people because english doesn't have a difference in the word '' I ''.
japanese first person word like ''watashi'(for female)' and ''ore''(for male) are imo very important for getting better feelings of gender bender situation like this one.
Trust me, the moment male character calls himself ''watashi'' from ''ore'' is the best thing.

Gender Bender definition on the wiki has this note

Notes: Should not be confused with body swap or crossdressing. A female becoming a futanari does not count (but may qualify for dick growth). Possession of a person of the opposing gender is acceptable.

Now while I do agree with you, I think this is acceptable based on that note. But it really does bother me when I see this tag on every single body swap doujinshi out there.

@Nukunuku1005 That's what always bugs me about translations. There's so much nuance in how people address themselves and others that can't really be expressed well in English. Wish I could get myself to learn Japanese.

@danielwain That may be the rule, but IMHO, there should always be a gender bender tag on any story that has a person of one gender experiencing what it's like to be the opposite gender. If it happens via possession, then it should also be tagged as possession. Same with body swap. This helps fans of either category find stories they're interested in, which is what the tags are meant to do. It also allows people to search more specifically, like if they want possession but NOT gender bender.
