She doesn't have 100 speech, just a pheromone that brain washes people. It was mentioned in a previous picture though it wasn't part of the Rika - Naga series, it was the same Melinda. You can even see the purple haze surrounding the mothers as she "seduces" them. They are literally getting mind controlled into being her prey. As far as we know, every single person she ate, was manipulated into doing so as she never mentions being able to turn the pheromone off. Even those with stronger wills like Sora and Rika eventually just give up. Note that while she suggests that they "find their path" not a single one ever gets pred - not even when playing or practicing. Its prey every time. The whole "love" and "desire" speeches are mostly just fluff and filler before the meal.
