The personalities are so out of place that it feels almost comedic. The husband is like a totally decent, buff guy that's happy with his kid and wife, while the sister decides to cheat with her... brother out of all people? It's like the artist didn't even try to make up a reason for her to cheat... she just does.

@Schmand, if I had to guess, in the prequel, what happens is probably something like the brother being jealous of the husband, at some point expressing something like that (or his love) to his sister, the sister decides to "comfort" him, cue it turning into far more than a one off, and a full blown insectual relationship where she is now constantly cheating on her husband. Hardly the first time there's been a hentai where a brother is jealous of guys that like his sister and the sister reassures him with incest.
