Even if the game is in english, it doesn't matter. If there is no english text on the images uploaded here, there shouldn't be a language tag. You can check out other Game CG as reference. Edit: Also ( and I am less sure about this one ) there shouldn't be a "text cleaned" tag either since the images themselves don't have text written on them. The game just has dialogue boxes like typical visual novels. I think "text cleaned" is more for images who have text drawn on them and had the text removed by editing the image.
