What do you mean "tacked on?" If Mashu is fucking someone else than it's NTR cuz unlike all the other female characters, Mashu relationship with the MC is actually canon and not just wish-fulfillment. Though I do agree that this lacks build-up.

Honestly, I LOVE Dorachefu's artstyle.
With how curvy and sexy he makes his girls, it's hard for me to hate.
I was excited seeing a bunch of lucky guys doing Mashu.
Then it turns out to be NTR, and it really disappoints.
It wasn't even a real plot element, they just threw it in for fun.
If it's not part of the plot, don't just throw in NTR for the sheer sake of it.
REALLY detracts from it, even more if NTR WAS the plot, in my opinion.
