They don't utter a word to anyone, but their eyes are like dead fish, they don't care about anything anymore, nothing matters. Women often are subject to "baby blues" symptom around pregnancy, their hormones can cause anxiety and depression to shoot out of the roof. It's sad to witness, to even think about, but the studies show that 6% of these distraught women are more likely to commit suicide because of this. You might off this stat as a marginal case, but the tragedy also gets passed down to their child they left in this world, who will have to discover one day their father was a bastard and the mother decided to end her own life. I don't care if you like this kind of work, just at least understand this is not the way to go in life, breaking families apart, whether your own or someone else's... The child needs a strong stable family and the mother needs to carry to term with loved ones around her, it's even proven distraught pregnant woman has negative effects on the baby. Life is full of tragedies, but you can maybe ameliorate it by not causing the tragedy yourself, you have that power in you... So live a life in truth, not this kind of deception.
