This is actually quite disturbing. The MC certainly gives zero fucks about the victims caught up in this.

Why this, even more than powerful elite paedophile type underground ring have abducted men (I assume who are not going to be missed) and turned them into sex toys? Maybe just because they wanted human sex toys... How expansive this has gotten where even the right normal person could find it?

The potential world-building in the background of this doujin is rather large.
