Why is this tagged as a "variant set". The set has a storyline (sort of) so it should be seen as a comic earlier than a variant set.

because as wiki says : variant set == depicting only a single scenery from a static perspective.

That doesn't mean you cannot also tag it "comic" if appropriate (which I think not, as per wiki again)
