No magic involved, in the latest works of this author the cyborgs are almost all equipped with artificial wombs with a number of frozen eggs. This, combined with the regular fluid refilling of their maintenance, can guarantee a normal flux of nutrients to the fetus. No explanations are given about the delivery and the care of the newborn (i'm pretty sure the nipples can secrete a kind of milk-like mixture, but i don't want to think about a lactating robo...)
