...That is an understatement if I've ever heard one. There are quite a lot of parts in this that are just flat out wrong. Here are some of my highlights:

"Ah, so that explains her recent change in behaviour. I was wondering what she was all acting strange about." - "Since me and Sakura were acting seperately so much recently, I didn't have anyone to blow my load into, after all."
"Anyway, we have plans to keep going until the lights go out" - "We have to wait until that light vanishes anyway, so it's perfect timing."
"Aaah, this feels too good to pull out." - "Man, I was so backed up, it won't stop shooting out!"
"Oh, you were here too, Sasuke...?" - "Sasuke, come over here too!"
"Who knew you were actually a really huge masochist, Sakura?" - "Your pussy really is the absolute best, Sakura!"

So this was just a poor translation? Alrighty. Judging from Iambobokay's corrections, it takes place while Madara is casting the IT; I was thrown off since I didn't see Sasuke's Susanoo anywhere.

Seems like a pretty convoluted plot, tho. It'd have been better if it took place after Kaguya's defeat; Sasuke prepares to start his revolution, but after seeing Naruto and Sakura bang, drops it and joins in. That's what I thought the doujin was about when I read the raw.

The running theme with this author seems to be that Naruto and Sakura bang each other for no, any, and all reasons, so I didn't really need a solid one there.
Kinda weird that Sasuke was into it, but again, whatever.
The only part that confuses me is the end with Kakashi. I can only come up with two theories to explain it.
1) As Rin was the only girl on her team, maybe Kakashi sees her in Sakura? I dunno. Maybe he and Obito gangbanged her as well, so it feels familiar?
or
2) Ino, having been obsessed with Sasuke for just as long as Sakura, but being unable to get near him consistently, has gone INSANE, and her lust and broken mind have fused to create a new doujutsu that is both totally immune to the Sharingan, and a thousand times more powerful. So she shrugs off the IT, takes over Kakashi's body for a closer look, but then gets distracted by the gangbang, and just faps all over Kakashi's picture of Rin. Hence the "forehead girl".

...obviously I prefer the first theory.

That "stiffness" happens to a lot of artists during that medium transition, though it's something they usually adjust to with time. Honestly it's not too bad here, save for a couple cases with the boobs.
Also I had the exact same exhaustion with their subject matter, but years ago. I totally tuned them out for a while, and now I'm just binging all their stuff since then like one big doujin.
Though it's still sort of depressing that I get the impression they keep drawing the exact same thing because they're scared too rock the boat at this point.
