To explain the science behind it: The brain sends out little electrical impulses to tell your body what to do. This remote (more over most tech control stuff) has the ability to redirect those impulses and rewrite the commands that are being sent via frequency modulation/manipulation. Think of it as changing the remotes programming ability from one tv to another on a much faster scale without having to input a code.
