To anyone who wondering the plot (please put up with my poor english and give credit to google translation):

Our hero used to be bullied by his sister-in-law. Several years later, he called a 'call girl' to get rid of his virgin, but find out it is his sister. His sister humiliated him as before, then our hero get raged, rape her, & threaten her as his slave.
During the progress, hero gradually knows his sister's past and reasons of bullying him (family pressure, forced to sell her body, etc.).

He even got a new girlfriend, with the confidence he wins back from his sister. For the first time, hero experienced being loved.

His sister has a bf (the man with earrings), who is a kind & warm guy. He used to cure our hero in the past, without knowing it is actually his gf who wounded hero. Thinking his sister does not deserve the love from a saint, hero disclosed his lewd relationship with his sister.

This eventually made hero's sister break up with her bf. She despaired and attempted to suicide. When she recovered, she lost most of her memory.

our hero can't put up with a result like this. He already loose all his purpose of life since there's no point to revenge if his sister no longer remember her sin. Her tender reaction (compared to former) drives him crazy.
He is overwhelmed with this desperate feeling. Then he drag his sister to the rooftop and force her to murder him, in order to fullfill his ultimate revenge (it relieves himself as well). And that's the end of story.

tl;dr: hero used to be bullied by his sister-in-law, but he revenged and enslaved his sister. Afterward, he caused his sister despaired and even attempted suicide, which result in some post-traumatic amnesia. Hero can't face this reality (he can no longer fulfill his revenge) so he forced his innocent-state sister to murder him.
