The previous upload of the Japanese version didn't include this, nor does the English version uploaded.

You can see the difference by looking at the title page, which mentions 221 pages (with text) here but 219 on the other version.

对比下，新版多了2张图，修复前面的台词颜色错误，可是码加厚了。

Quite the bad timing, litterally downloaded this new version from katfile a few hours ago and had to wait a couple of hours, downloading it from here would of have saved me time >:(
