The thing with black characters in hentai from my understanding largely comes from the 'stereotype' (or trope for lack of a better term) in real-life porn with black men. Physically, most black men have larger cocks when compared to other races, partly due to geographical evolution and genetic evolution.

This directly plays into the general rule of thumb that 'bigger is better' and so on and so forth.
