Not sure why the translator decided to change the name of the trap? The raw p.4 clearly tells us that the intended reading of 愛叶 is Manato (まなと). Throughout the story, the guy constantly uses the nickname Mana (まな) when talking to the trap. This sounds more androgynous, but is obviously a nickname based on Manato.

That's because I messed up the reading pretty bad on P.4 and ended up with the wrong name. The rest of the time, when I saw Mana, I assumed that it had to do with some sort of casual term of endearment that just wasn't part of my vocabulary. Since I couldn't understand it but it seemed to be used like a nickname anyway, I switched it to what I thought his name was; it wasn't until I saw your comment that I realized where I made my mistake. It doesn't help that on page 4, I actually left one instance of Mana in anyway... Thanks for pointing that out. I'll need to be more careful around names in the future.

Oh, just a honest mistake then! I would have guessed on Aika too, if it was out of context, but I think that it is rare as a boys given name. But trap/otokonoko characters often have ambiguous names for obvious reasons. Overall you did very well with the translation.
