Yep, this is what you get when someone posts a Pixiv gallery that consists of samples / multiple ongoing CG sets/manga series interspersed with standalone art, recurring characters in art, and such...

I wish people who upload these galleries would at least use a browser extension like PxView to automatically rename the files intelligently. But maybe that's not possible because they are already using some script to automatically download the entire gallery.
