Two things. First up, I fucking loved this hentai OVA.

Second, when I saw the thumb, I thought this was a manga adaption or continuation like the Marine A Go Go mangas, but this turns out to just be an "animanga" that uses screens from the OVA. All things considered, it's not bad, but the people that create these things could at least try to not use screens directly from a video file. Or at least clean them up.

But anyway, thanks uploader. Newscaster Etsuko was hilarious and I miss it, so even if this isn't new it still does me good to see Etsuko singing naked for money.
