People, Raikage fucking Hinata for the millions time or cucking naruto is stupidity on steroids, NOT ntr.
Hinata, Sakura, Naruto, Sasuke, Tsunade can clap his cheeks casually (without noticing him). Hell Might "Bushy Brow" Guy can splat him on the spot. This guy has to use tricks to beat Tsunade in an arm wrestle. This isn't some soap opera character these are action anime characters. There are tiers. Nobody cares if yamcha has a great baseball carrier. he is still Yamcha. And raikage is still raikage.
