Meh, the amputation comes with the caveat that the girl can regenerate her body, allowing for torture to happen and then be undone, and her limbs were painlessly, bloodlessly removed , to make her more helpless. Amputation is not my thing either, but with how the story goes with the character being able to regenerate, it's softened body horror.

That's partly why it's not guro. The other part is the baby monsters crawling out of their pussies covered only in pussy juice and not blood.

The blood is mostly where it belongs, with the cherry popping.
Thanks be to the maker of this hentai with the many relatively uncensored pussy crack shots, especially the closed up pussies around the umbilical cords after the births instead of a big gape, though those are nice, too. Guro isn't just permanent limb loss or damage so her being able to regenerate is a bad caveat. Also I'm sure the torture tag could be useful.

That said, are the tentacles constantly feeding off her regenerating limbs or what's going on there? It seems like a terrible idea to risk losing your permanent snack by risking her regeneration ability.

It says she's being injected with some sort of parasites that won't allow her to regenerate, so you have to wonder what type of dissolving method would leave other organisms unharmed, which to me shows that it's just a flimsy explanation that whatever took away her limbs was a relatively benign process. She's basically been mutated, shaped and molded into an amputee.

@Galham The grotesque monster babies being disturbing is kind of the point. Generally as far as birth content goes, it's all about the stretching and opening, with something large and round like a melon or egg stretching female characters open, and the look on their faces as the process progresses. What comes out is relatively irrelevant, save for the shock value of the woman seeing what she just gave birth to, in this case the offspring of humanoid animal monsters.

It's like the old Greek myth about the Minotaur, where an attractive queen is put under a spell by the gods, making her want to mate with a huge ocean spawned bull , and she ends up giving birth to a baby with a bull's head on a human body.
