At most like 1 in 3 dudes here are black. And ultimately they're all just interchangeably faceless American dudes - essentially pallete swaps. So while I can maybe understand people's issue with overdone BBC/raceplay stuff, in this case I think you're just being edgy for the sake of it.

That, and/or you read that one previous Musashi mini comic that was all black dudes and you projected onto this one assuming it would be similar.

You're probably referring to the first one. The second one also was less much NTR centric, and this is the third one.
Really I wouldn't say the first one had a super heavy NTR angle, it was more incidental to the general slutty antics aside from the bit at the very end. And technically none of it was even cheating.
Didn't seem too "weird" to me - unless you just generally dislike NTR. But when it comes to hedonistic consequence-disregarding drug and party fueled orgies, I personally don't get why that's where you draw the line.
