Quick and dirty summary:

Ace baceball guy (Asuka) with a hot girlfriend that he plans to fuck after the nationals or w/e gets hypnotized by his club member. Initially just for gay sex as a prostitute, but apparently the Hypnosis App gradually turns Asuka into a girl. Then there's a flash-forward to Asuka as a full girl, vaguely confused by what's happening as she fucks her entire school as the local sex worker student and/or the baseball club's pet. Hypnobro then shows up and fucks her too, and when she confronts him he's like "btw you forgot like 5 months, I'll unseal your memories". Then we flash back to Asuka's initial girl-reveal, and she really quickly decides to whole-heartedly live as a girl, to the point that she takes the Hypnosis App and sets up the situation we saw herself. It's not 100% clear, but I think the idea is she wasn't hypnotized while doing it, she genuinely went along with the plan herself. The ending is hypnobro banging Asuka's old girlfriend (the only person who wasn't hypnotized) and Asuka deciding that being a slut rules and she won't ask to be turned back anymore.
