Apparently there was an update to Jdownloader recently that resolved an issue I was unaware of where it couldn't scrape entire Twitter feeds properly. Among other changes

So now this is hopefully as complete and up to date as it can be

There's also an imgbox with a small amount of uploads. Probably higher quality
