@Forgunia you are using real life logic in a medium that requires suspension of disbelief, some NTR stories are kind of believable but some others are so over the top and repetitive but the same happens with pretty much every genre of hentai, in real life most of these NTR situations should be dealt with in the same way one probably should deal with a criminal that wants you to follow him to a second location, if you resist you might end up dead but you have a small chance but if you let yourself to be led somewhere else you pretty much are fucked for sure, here it would had been better to resist and let the creep publish the photo or whatever instead of getting in a situation much worse and that promises to get even worse. At the end of the day if one likes this kind of material it never gets old and it must be extremely popular since it is widespread and there are authors whose career consist almost solely of rehashing the same NTR formula and some with some pretty mediocre art too and yet they very popular, once you know them you know who to avoid.

Do people get off at ranting over NTR hentai? I honestly dgaf about what others fap. The only thing that makes me really confused is gore and necro stuff, but you don't see me whine about it. It's just that literally every two times I look over one of these there's people kinkshaming down in the comments. I just don't get it.

Of course being able to tell clichés doesn't count as kinkshaming. There's those in all kind of genres.

There are brainless characters and all kinds of boring stories within all kind of genres. Sometimes the art is brilliant, and that saves it.
I've read all kinds of crap and learned to disassociate when required.

Making it as "there are so many fans of this shit" is what makes it kinkshaming, because I know there's plenty of people out there that like this genre and no comment section in any
other manga needs that kind of attitude just because one guy feels personally attacked by a fictional story.

more like people are ranting how the characters suddenly become inherently stupid and helpless the moment the NTR-scenario arrives, trust me it can get pretty damn ridiculous in some stories that even rocket science cant solve it. im not sure if that counts as kinkshaming for you but as Dantered said you need to turn off your brain for these kind of stories and just enjoy the art.

edit: oh yeah, there was those people that say "NTRfags go die" or something, though i also see those kinds of attitudes in non-NTR stories like "its better if it was NTR" and the likes. didnt see those lately and most of the ones i read are people complaining about the stupidity of the characters and how ridiculous the story is.
