Gonna agree that this isn't really gender bender. The character was already a woman and didn't even look like a guy to begin with.

the first panel on page 10 really undermines the "Gender confirming Transformation" thing. the character doesn't even know what they are?

@narpas-sword "altersex" is a term originally from the furry fandom meaning any configuration of sexual characteristics that doesn't match with typical male or female.
So what we have here is a transwoman, starting out in the comic having taken hormones for a while, but not having had surgery.
Then the bra transforms her body to one apparently identical to a cis-female body.
When she grows a new penis in addition to her new vagina, she is surprised and asks that question.

Does that clear it up?

I know what was happening in the comic, I was saying the author said it was a "Gender Confirming Transformation" but the character is surprised.
