You don't necessarily need to be a demigod to outsmart a 20 ft. dragon turtle who's as smart as a Koopa. As in mildly intelligent, but prefers brute strength, which Mario's athleticism takes advantage of. @larkpie

Thaaaaat said, Bowsette is a combination of athleticism and brute strength with a smarter disposition, so she might beat Mario much faster and with better results than Bowser, hence how she bested Bowser once given the advantage.

Jesus the feels that Super Crown Boo gave me on this final update. I legit wanted to give her a hug after that comfort her. What a ride this has been since the creation of the Bowsette trend. I remember searching for it to see what's new in the list for it and see if it was dying off only to find this series what feels like forever ago. Super glad I did because this is one of those things that is just a gem hiding in a land of smut. Kinda like Erma and Ichibod. I have special favorite tags for these things
