Crossdressing and going to an all girls school apparently helps to slow down the transformation. P56-58 Visually you see him in the bath with no tits and doesnt show vag.

In the ADV game this is based on there is multiple endings and one is where he turns into a futa (and gets pregnant himself) but its not shown in this adaptation
