"Superior" is a really unnatural-sounding choice, even if it's technically correct. I'd stick with "boss" or "manager", depending on circumstance, or just literally translate it as branch/section/whatever manager. Calling your boss by their title instead of name unavoidably sounds unnaturally formal in most any English speaking country anyway.

You should get an editor. There's a few spelling mistakes here and there. Nothing egregious that makes the translation unreadable or unbearable to read, just a bit distracting is all. Personally, I don't mind the use of "superior". It keeps their position intentionally ambiguous, as saying "boss" or "manager" implies that you know what the professional hierarchy is at that workplace, and it seems to me like most of the time we don't. It's sort of like replacing the use of foreign currency with local currency during a translation; For example, instead of yen you could use cents or dollars to make it sound more "natural" to an English speaker, but I feel like most people will understand what yen is anyways and realize they're reading something where the setting is in a foreign country. We don't need direct equivalents for everything.
