@penislord1 to be fair this is a more realistic take tbh. I remember how in the old manga they stated most ninja eat more than a regular person because all of the nutrition from their food is burned through like crazy because of their use of chakra, hence why food pills are such a big deal for them. It makes even more sense for Sakura to burn through food even quicker and thus eat more be she supposedly had the best overall chakra control of her team which is why she was such a solid medic
