I'm sorry, but this is chris chan level garbage. You should learn how to draw first before trying to "improve" whatever this is. otherwise you are just going to get better at drawing like shit.

1. Okay, i've checked Chris Chan, and if this Sonic fan art is his, than even my first pages better.
2. I almost didn't have any experience, before i started T.i.T.S. I have managed to overcome myself, and despite all the hesitation and self-doubt i did start. With a lot of theory, but little practice.
If you can draw clean and nice from the get go - i applaud you, but i won't consider my works garbage. I've put a lot of love, time and dedication, considered mistakes, and i am close to call the last pages acceptable. And soon they WILL be acceptable, and after that they will be good.

Honestly, this isn't much worse than the actual flash game seems to be getting nowadays. But it updates more frequently than the game and you're not being paid to do this, so I actually prefer it.

(Note: I've grown a bit spiteful towards the game's makers following a series of bad interactions with them.)

Look up constructive drawing and basic perspective drawing.
While you're at it, find yourself a PDF of How to Draw Comics the Marvel Way by Stan Lee and Jon Buscema; it provides top-notch illustration advice and instruction

YOu know something, I've got no idea what this is about, and normally I'd skip anything that looks poorly done, but something about this screams immaculate.

Well, gotta say, you have made some improvements, but ill second chibikami's point and say that to really improve, youll need some reference material. Practice is useless, or even harmful if you are teaching yourself bad habits. Simply searching "artbook draw english" here on ehentai will net you dozens of books that will teach you more about anatomy, perspective, etc than a thousand hours of sketching. Heres hoping for continued progress.

aside from remarking on the art because enough people have already done that, you have ripped a lot of the dialogue straight from the game, i get you wanna show your own experince you had with the game, but copying the dialogue exactly how it was just looks lazy

Of course they will react, when Vira will do something, that her game counterpart can't, but so far she didn't have much of a chance to do so.

Otherwise they don't have a reason to speak or act differently.
