I am noticing hilariously poor quality photoshop mixed with some decent ish art. And the first image of this gallery is the same as the one in dlsite, and in the background it shows one of the poor photoshop edits.

I am left to conclude that this is authentic garbage, the person selling this on the dlsite must have traced a couple decent pictures, then performed extremely poor photoshop edits on them that look hilariously bad.
