@sonnyboy6 I'm confused, forgive me as I'm genuinely curious but how is it the last chapter if its a completely different couple? Weren't the majority of the chapters from that gallery focused on Hitomi and Yusuke and her having an affair with her daughters boyfriend. These people are different. Am I missing something or did clone ningen suddenly do a different story in that gallery or something?

I'll probably be downvoted for asking a question, I'm just curious. Why is it the final chapter if the couple is different?

Darudius, this story was published on 2015-09, before the Shinjuiro no Zanzou story began publishing. I think it's just an older stepmother story the author decided to add as a bonus, maybe to meet a desired number of pages. I think it has nothing to do with the main story.
